RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
However, this right does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
This includes products such as:
- soaps
- personal care products
- hygiene products
- cosmetic items
if the packaging has been opened.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns may only be accepted if:
- the product remains sealed and unopened
- the product is in its original packaging
- the product has not been used
- the return request is made within 14 days of delivery
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
- please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us and provide:

- product details
- reason for return
- Return instructions will be provided by our customer support team.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
